Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1/2 kgs chicken small pieces


  • 2 sprig curry leaves


  • 1 nos coriander leaves.hadnful


  • 1 tbsp ginger,chopped


  • 1 tbsp garlic,chopped


  • 2 tbsp chilly powder


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp rice flour


  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour


  • 2 cups oil for deep frying

Directions

  • Blend curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger and garlic.
  • Add this paste to the chicken.
  • Add lemon juice, salt, maida, rice flour and salt.
  • Add a little water if needed.
  • Marinate it for 4 hrs, after that deep fry it in hot oil in medium flame for few minutes until done.
  • serve hot
